I'm Grace, an art therapist and counsellor

I work in a way that honours the whole person, creating spaces where creativity, relationship, and a sense of felt safety support healing and growth.

Central to my practice is the belief that people thrive when they feel seen, supported, and met with genuine care. A core part of my work is offering avenues of support that do not rely on words alone.

Sessions are shaped collaboratively and guided by each person's pace and needs. There is no expectation to be artistic or to approach therapy in a particular way - creativity, conversation, and reflective practices are simply different doorways into understanding and care.

How I Work

Gentle pathways into healing

Creative Expression

Art-making, movement, and creative processes offer gentle, non-verbal ways to explore emotions and inner experiences at your own pace.

Relational & Trauma-Aware

Grounded in attachment theory and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, my practice prioritises safe, consistent relationships as the foundation for growth.

Collaborative & Family-Inclusive

Where appropriate, I work with families and wider supports, recognising the importance of the relationships and systems that shape our lives.

A gentle, steady companion in the therapy space

Jimmy is my therapy dog, whose affectionate and calm presence often helps people feel safe enough to soften, settle, and engage. He is an optional part of therapy and is always introduced thoughtfully, guided by each person's comfort and needs.
